FGA February Half Term 2023

Dear Parents / Carers, 

Assalaam-Alaikum. 

As we reach the end of this half-term I would like to wish all of our students and their families a good break for next week.

School will close on Friday 10th February and re-open again for students on Monday 20th February insha’Allah. 

Please could I also take this opportunity to inform you of some upcoming events: 

• Yr 11 intervention sessions are running over the February half-term break across a range of subjects. These are targeted sessions and if your daughter is invited to attend one, you must return the permission slip by Friday to enable her to attend next week. 
• The Ramadan programme will begin in school next half-term. 
• March Mock examinations for Years 11 and Years 13 – these will be the final mock examinations before the final summer exams which begin in May. 
• Year 7 Consultation Evening – 2nd March 2023. 

Please contact your daughter’s Student Services Officer should you require any further information about any of the above events. 

Uniform Update 

As you will be aware the name and the logo of the Trust has changed. Although the school name remains the same, the logo will change and therefore the logo on the uniform will change. However, there is no requirement for pupils to purchase new items until they require them. Further details will follow for the start of next academic year.
